Femi holds first and second Degree in Economics from University of Ilorin and University of Lagos respectively. He is an Associate member of the Nigeria Institute of Training and Development (NITAD) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM). He is the first winner of the CIPM overall best student award. He has over 8 years experience in Human Resources Management which cut across manufacturing, real estate and information technology sector.
